观察集束化护理在神经源性直肠腹胀合并便秘患者中的应用效果以及对睡眠质量的影响

To Observe the Application Effect of Cluster Nursing in Patients with Neurogenic Rectal Distension Complicated with Constipation and Its Effect on Sleep Quality

目的:观察集束化护理在神经源性直肠腹胀合并便秘患者中的应用效果以及对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年7月至2020年8月中国科学技术大学附属第一医院收治的神经源性直肠腹胀合并便秘患者40例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组20例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上,给予集束化护理,以便秘积分法比较2组患者的便秘程度,同时记录排便用时,同时采用健康状况调查简表SF-36比较2组患者生命质量改善情况,并采用匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)比较2组患者睡眠质量改善情况。结果:护理后,观察组腹胀发生率低于对照组,观察组便秘积分、排便用时低于对照组,观察组SF-36生命质量评分显著高于对照组,PSQI评分显著低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:神经源性直肠腹胀合并便秘患者采取集束化护理效果理想,可改善睡眠状态,降低腹胀及便秘发生率,促进预后提高,值得借鉴。

Objective:To observe the effect of cluster nursing in patients with neurogenic rectal distension complicated with constipation and its effect on sleep quality.Methods:A total of 40 patients with neurogenic rectal distention with constipation from July 2019 to August 2020 in the first hospital affiliated to China university of science and technology were selected as the research objects,according to random number table method was divided into observation group and control group,with 20 cases in each group,control group given routine nursing care,observation group on the basis of the control group were given cluster nursing,Constipation score method was used to compare the degree of constipation between two groups,and the time of defecation was recorded.Sf-36 Quality of life scale was used to compare the improvement of Quality of life between two groups,and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the improvement of Sleep Quality between two groups.Results:After nursing,the incidence of abdominal distention in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,constipation score and defecation time in the observation group were lower than that in the control group,SF-36 quality of life score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and PSQI score was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cluster nursing for patients with neurogenic rectal distention complicated with constipation has an ideal effect,which can improve the sleep state,reduce the incidence of abdominal distention and constipation,and promote the improvement of prognosis,which is worthy of reference.
