分析循证护理在银屑病患者皮肤护理中的应用效果

To Analyze the Application of Evidence-based Nursing in Skin Care of Patients with Psoriasis

目的:分析循证护理在银屑病患者皮肤护理中的应用价值。方法:选取2018年6月至2020年6月泉州市皮肤病防治院收治的银屑病患者240例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组120例。对照组患者给予常规化护理干预,在患者皮肤患病位置涂抹尿素软膏、凡士林维持患处位置湿润;观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予循证医学护理干预,比较2组患者的护理满意度。结果:观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在银屑病患者接受疾病治疗过程之中,为其开展循证护理干预,能够取得满意效果,值得进一步推广使用。

Objective:To analyze the application value of evidence-based nursing in skin care of patients with psoriasis.Methods:A total of 240 patients with psoriasis admitted to Quanzhou Dermatology Prevention and Treatment Hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as research subjects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 120 cases in each group.Patients in control group were given routine nursing intervention,urea ointment and vaseline were applied on patients′skin to keep the affected area moist.The observation group was given evidence-based nursing intervention on the basis of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction of patients between two groups was compared.Results:Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the course of treatment for patients with psoriasis,carrying out evidence-based nursing intervention can achieve satisfactory results,and it is worthy of further popularization.
