摘要
介绍了某制氧生产单元液氧贮槽投入生产运行不久出现液氧灌装控制阀门漏液的情况,根据阀门结构及运行方式对阀门漏液问题进行了分析,制定了临时控制措施,择机实施检修及系统完善,解决了实际生产问题,确保了液氧贮槽安全运行。
Leakage of liquid oxygen filling control valve in a liquid oxygen storage tank of an oxygen production unit shortly occurred after it was put into production and oper⁃ation,This paper analyzes the problem of the valve leakage according to the valve structure and operation mode,formulates temporary control measures,selects the machine for mainte⁃nance and system improvement,solves the actual production problems and ensures the safe operation of liquid oxygen storage tank.
