Analysis and Countermeasures of Abnormal Opening of Exhaust Valve of a Gas Turbine

针对某燃机压气机低压抽气电磁阀异常动作引起的停机事故,应用电磁阀用电阻法进行允许温度测量等方式,找出电磁阀故障的原因并制定相应对策。

In view of the shutdown accident caused by the abnormal action of the low pressure extraction solenoid valve of a gas turbine compressor,the resistance method was ad⁃opted to measure the allowable temperature of the solenoid valve so to find out the cause of the solenoid valve fault and formulate the corresponding countermeasures.
