湛钢循环水系统化学清洗新型技术的应用

摘要 循环水系统在投运前进行开车清洗,对日常水处理方案的有效执行和水质稳定有着重要意义。相对于传统的开车清洗技术,湛江钢铁采用新型化学清洗技术,脱脂、除锈和预膜一体化流程,清洗周期短、置换水量少、清洗废液COD含量低,清洗效果与传统技术要求一致,提高了清洗效率,减少了新水消耗,降低了废水处理成本,更加节能环保。 The start-up cleaning of circulating water system before operation is of great significance to the effective implementation of daily water treatment scheme and the stability of water quality.Compared with the traditional start-up cleaning technology,Zhanji⁃ang Steel adopts a new chemical cleaning technology with the integrated process of degreas⁃ing,derusting and pre membrane.The cleaning cycle is short,the replacement water volume is small,the COD content of cleaning waste liquid is low,and the cleaning effect is consis⁃tent with the traditional technical requirements,which improves the cleaning efficiency,re⁃duces the consumption of new water,reduces the cost of wastewater treatment,and is more energy-saving and environmental friendly.
