轧钢传动设备的远程维护技术探讨

摘要 随着工业互联网技术、检测技术、物联网技术发展,设备远程运维技术在钢铁行业逐渐应用。依托强大的网络技术、数据处理及分析技术,实现轧钢生产传动设备的远程运维、故障预报警、预测性维护,降低了设备应用的维护成本,最大限度地减少了用户损失,实现了高效率、低成本的维护目标。 With the development of industrial internet technology,detection technology and internet of things technology,equipment remote operation and maintenance technology is gradually applied in the steel industry.Relying on powerful network technology,data process⁃ing and analysis technology,the remote operation and maintenance,fault prediction and alarm and predictive maintenance of rolling production transmission equipment are realized,the maintenance cost of equipment application is reduced,the loss of customers is mini⁃mized,and the maintenance goal of high efficiency and low cost is achieved.
