摘要
通过对马钢四钢轧总厂的中间包底部吹氩气形成气幕为研究对象,利用Fluent模拟软件进行数值模拟,选用欧拉—欧拉多相流模型,研究了如何用中间包气幕挡墙,在不同吹气量下对钢水流场的影响,代替挡墙减少夹杂物,达到洁净钢水目的。
Through research on the gas curtain formed by blowing argon at the bottom of tundish in No.4 steelmaking and rolling plant of Maanshan Steel,the numerical simula⁃tion is carried out by using fluent simulation software.The Euler-Euler multiphase flow mod⁃el is selected to study how to use the influence of tundish air curtain retaining wall on mol⁃ten steel flow field under different blowing volume to replace the retaining wall to reduce in⁃clusions and achieve the purpose of cleaning molten steel.
