河流作为生态系统的重要组成部分,其生态功能直接影响着城市居民的正常生产生活。随着城市化及工业化的快速发展,人们正在不断加大对河流的开发力度,这在一定程度上影响甚至破坏了自然生态环境。为了实现人与自然的和谐发展,就要合理规划和设计河流功能,并加强对河流治理,贯彻生态理念,从而进一步改善河流的运行状态。

As a very important component of the ecosystem,the ecological function of the river has a direct impact on the normal production and life of urban residents.With the rapid development of modern urbanization and industrialization,people have increased their efforts to develop rivers,which has affected or even destroyed the natural ecological environment to a certain extent.In order to realize the harmonious development between man and nature,it is necessary to rationally plan and design the function of river reasonably,strengthen the regulation of river,carry out the ecological idea and improve the running state of rive.
