摘要
采用"除硬度沉淀池+前臭氧预氧化+AO-AO-MBR膜"组合工艺对制革综合废水进行处理的效果好,但为了提高出水稳定性,在后端增加"后臭氧高级氧化"进行深度处理,能够很好地降低废水中COD_(Cr)、BOD_(Cr)的含量及水的色度,且处理工艺稳定、效率高,可确保处理后的出水水质满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A的排放标准,因此增加后臭氧高级氧化是理想的制革综合废水处理工艺。
The combined process of"hardness removal sedimentation tank+front ozone pre oxidation+ao-ao-mbr membrane"is used to treat the tannery comprehensive wastewater.However,in order to improve the effluent stability,it is particularly important to increase the advanced treatment of"post ozone advanced oxidation"at the back end,so as to reduce the COD_(Cr),BOD;and chromaticity of the wastewater.The treatment process is stable and efficient,so as to ensure that the effluent quality after treatment meets the requirements.The discharge standard of pollutants for urban sewage treatment plants(GB 18918-2002)is class I a discharge standard.After adding ozone advanced oxidation,it is an ideal comprehensive tannery wastewater treatment process.
