城市环境噪声控制问题及治理策略

Urban environmental noise control problems and control strategies

目前,交通噪声、施工噪声、工业生产噪声以及人们生活所产生的噪声是污染城市声环境的主要因素。同时,在城市环境噪声控制方面,相关技术人员通过使用隔声降噪材料、优化施工生产工艺等方式实现噪声的控制和消减。但是,在实际工作中,我们也需要结合具体情况,从多角度出发,全方位控制城市环境噪声的产生,进一步减轻居民日常生活中受到的噪声干扰。因此,本文结合目前城市环境噪声控制现存问题,对相关治理策略进行梳理,旨在为治理城市噪声污染问题提供参考。

At present, traffic noise, construction noise, industrial production noise and noise generated by people’s life are the main factors that pollute the urban sound environment. At the same time, in the aspect of urban environmental noise control, relevant technical personnel through the use of sound insulation noise reduction materials, optimization of construction and production technology to achieve noise control and reduction. However, in practical work, we also need to combine the specific situation, from multiple perspectives, all-round control of urban environmental noise generation, further reduce the interference of residents’ daily life noise. Therefore, combined with the existing problems of urban environmental noise control, this paper sorted out the relevant control strategies, aiming to provide reference for the control of urban noise pollution.
