关于截污管网项目中风险分级动态管控措施的应用分析

在社会经济快速发展的过程中,我国环境污染问题也更为严峻,如何对环境污染问题进行治理成为亟待探索的问题。而在环境污染中,水源污染是十分重要的部分,如果水源污染难以得到治理,就会导致人们的生命健康受到影响,进而影响到国家秩序的稳定。为了更好地解决水源污染问题,我国很多地区都开展了截污管网项目,对污水进行治理。但由于截污管网项目在建设中面临着较多的复杂因素,很容易出现各种各样的风险,所以对风险进行管理显得十分必要。本文以分级管理思想为基础,探索截污管网项目中风险分级动态管控的措施,旨在为截污管网项目的更好开展带来有利作用,降低风险发生的几率。

In the process of China’s rapid social and economic development, China’s environmental pollution problem is more serious, how to control environmental pollution has become an urgent problem to explore. In environmental pollution, water pollution is a very important part. If water pollution is difficult to be treated, people’s lives and health will be affected, which will affect the stability of the national order. In order to better solve the problem of water pollution, many areas in China have carried out sewage interception network projects to treat sewage. However, because the project of pollution interception pipe network is faced with many complicated factors in the construction, it is easy to appear various risks, so it is very necessary to manage the risks. Based on the idea of hierarchical management, this paper explores the measures of dynamic risk hierarchical control in the project of pollution interception network,aiming to bring favorable effects to the better development of pollution interception network project and reduce the probability of risk occurrence.
