摘要
目的探讨医联体联动模式下糖尿病健康教育对糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白、尿微量白蛋白水平的影响。方法选取2018年8月至2019年8月我院收治的糖尿病患者80例,将其随机分为研究组与对照组,每组各40例。对照组应用常规护理,研究组应用医联体联动模式下糖尿病健康教育护理。比较两组患者的糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、尿微量白蛋白(尿MA)、临床治疗效果以及不良反应发生率。结果研究组患者护理后糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)为(6.2±1.1)%,尿微量白蛋白(尿MA)为(7.2±0.7)μg/mL,明显低于对照组的(7.4±1.3)%、(18.3±1.3)μg/mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗有效率为92.5%,明显高于对照组的70.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应总发生率为7.5%,明显低于对照组的22.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医联体联动模式下对患者进行糖尿病健康教育,可提高患者的临床治疗效果,且患者的不良反应发生率明显降低,患者的糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)及尿微量白蛋白(尿MA)水平明显降低,可推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of diabetes health education on glycosylated hemoglobin and urinary microalbumin in patients with diabetes under the linkage mode of medical associations.Methods A total of 80 patients with diabetes treated in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected as research objects and they were randomly divided into the study group(n=40)and the control group(n=40).The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the study group was treated with diabetes health education under the linkage mode of medical associations.The glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc)and urinary microalbumin(urinary MA),clinical therapeutic effect and incidence of adverse reactions(ARs)were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing care,the HbAlc and urinary MA in the study group were(6.2±1.1)%,(7.2±0.7)μg/mL,which were significantly lower than those of(7.4±1.3)%,(18.3±1.3)μg/mL in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate in the study group was 92.5%,which was significantly higher than that of 70.0%in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of ARs in the study group was 7.5%,which was significantly lower than that of 22.5%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Diabetes health education under the mode of medical associations can improve the clinical therapeutic effects,and reduce the incidence of ARs of patients with diabetes The levels of HbAlc and urinary MA are significantly decreased as well.Therefore,diabetes health education under the mode of medical associations can be popularized and applied.
