摘要
使用“S-O-R模式”和“情感评价理论”在586份调研数据的基础下探寻了领导—成员交换关系对组织公民行为的心理影响机制。结果表明,LMX对员工的组织公民行为有显著的预测作用;员工心理作用机制中的认知和情绪因素(组织承诺和工作满意度)在两者之间起链式中介作用。
Using"S-O-R model"and"affective evaluation theory",this paper explores the psychological influence mechanism of leader member exchange relationship on organizational citizenship behavior based on 586 survey data.The results show that LMX can significantly predict the organizational citizenship behavior of employees;Cognitive and emotional factors(organizational commitment and job satisfaction)play a chain mediating role between them.
