摘要
聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)与聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)并列复合纺制的长丝具有良好的卷缩性能与弹性,在纺织服装领域应用较广泛。将不同规格的PBT/PET并列复合预取向丝(POY)放置在温度为20℃、相对湿度为65%的环境下,测试放置不同时间的PBT/PET并列复合POY及其假捻拉伸变形丝(DTY)基础物理性能的变化。研究为PBT/PET并列复合POY的后续生产加工提供指导。
Poly(butanediol terephthalate)(PBT)and poly(ethylene terephthalate)(PET)composite filaments had good crimping properties and elasticity,and were widely used in the field of textile and clothing.The PBT/PET parallel composite pre-oriented yarn(POY)of different specifications was placed in the environment with temperature of 20℃and relative humidity of 65%,and the changes of the basic physical properties of PBT/PET parallel composite POY and their false twist draw texturing yarn(DTY)were tested after different placement time.The research provided guidance for the subsequent production and processing of PBT/PET parallel composite POY.
