中国纺织产业全球价值链位置测度及分析

Measure and analysis on global value chain position of Chinese textile industry

基于Koopman提出的全球价值链位置测算方法,测算中国纺织产业2005—2015年GVC地位指数、GVC参与度指数、前向参与率和后向参与率,并分别与英国、美国、日本、韩国、意大利等发达国家及部分东南亚国家进行对比。研究发现:2005—2015年,中国纺织产业参与GVC分工体系的程度一直较深,且前向参与率始终高于后向参与率,前向参与率变化不大,后向参与率下降,但与主要对比国家相比,中国纺织产业GVC参与程度并不高,处于中游;中国纺织产业在GVC中的地位显著提升,2015年已跃升至对比国家中的第一位。

Based on the global value chain(GVC)position measurement method proposed by Koopman,the GVC position index,GVC participation index,forward participation rate and backward participation rate of Chinese textile industry from 2005 to 2015 were calculated and compared with those of developed countries such as the UK,the US,Japan,South Korea and Italy,and some Southeast Asian countries.The research result showed that from 2005 to 2015,the participation rate of Chinese textile industry in the GVC system was large,and the forward participation rate was always larger than the backward participation rate.There was little change in the forward participation rate,while the backward participation rate decreased.However,compared with the main comparison countries,the GVC participation degree of Chinese textile industry was not high,which was in the middle.The position of Chinese textile industry in GVC had significantly improved,and in 2015,it had jumped to the first place among the comparison countries.
