应用型人才培养背景下高校青年教师发展路径探讨

Discussion on the Development Path of Young Teachers in Colleges and Universities under the Background of Training of Application-oriented Talents

高校青年教师作为高校教师队伍中的生力军,高校教育教学工作中的有生力量,不仅承载着铸魂育人、立德树人的使命,还肩负着启迪智慧、培育新人的任务,通过几年的教育教学沉淀,高校青年教师将成为高校应用型人才培养的中流砥柱;应用型人才,善于将成熟的技术与充足的理论应用于实际生产、生活,具备高强的操作能力与创新能力;在当前高校教育背景下,如何将高校青年教师与应用型人才培养模式有机结合、如何培养高质量的应用型人才将成为高校教育教学的首要目的。文章从教学经验、实践技能、科研能力三方面阐述高校青年教师教育教学现状,并就教学经验、实践技能、科研能力三方面提出高校青年教师的培养对策,以期为高校建设发展提供参考。

As the fresh force among college teachers,young teachers also play a key role in college education and teaching.They not only bear the mission of educating people but also shoulder the task of enlightening wisdom and cultivating talents.Through several years of teaching practice,young teachers will become the mainstay of training application-oriented talents in colleges and universities.Application-oriented talents,with high operational ability and innovation ability,are good at applying mature technology and sufficient theory to practical production.Under the current educational background,how to organically combine the training mode of young teachers and application-oriented talents and how to cultivate high-quality application-oriented talents will become the primary purpose of college education and teaching.This paper expounds the current situation of education and teaching of young teachers from three aspects:teaching experience,practical skills and scientific research ability.According to the above three aspects,it puts forward the training countermeasures of young teachers in order to provide reference for the construction and development of colleges and universities.
