Precision teaching based on behavioral learning theory is an accurate and systematic method of evaluating strategies and courses. With the development of education informatization,English listening teaching course can rely on the information-based online teaching platform to achieve precision teaching. With the help of big data information technology, the intelligent teaching platform tracks, records and analyzes learners’listening process and performance in real time, and reveals learners’listening learning tracks and laws with visual data,so as to help teachers accurately grasp students’learning situation, formulate accurate and targeted personalized teaching plans, and achieve precise teaching intervention and teaching evaluation.
