摘要
现阶段,部分学校仍然采用的较为原始的报销程序。根据自身业务的需求和管理情况,以A学校为例,经与该校使用的财务用友软件开发人员协商,为使多校区的财务报销流程化、规范化,合作开发、搭建OA系统显得尤为必要。同时,在开发搭建过程中,将OA系统与现有财务用友U8系统对接,以减少财务报销过程中的重复性工作,提高工作效率,增强内部控制管理。
At present,some schools still adopt primitive reimbursement procedures.According to their own business needs and management situation,it is particularly necessary to reach an agreement with the financial UFIDA software developers used by A school to develop and build OA system.It can streamline and standardize the financial reimbursement of multiple campuses.At the same time,the OA system is connected with the company's existing UFIDA U8 system to reduce repetitive work in the process of financial reimbursement,improve work efficiency and enhance internal control management.
