产业集群背景下泡菜产业化发展--以眉山东坡泡菜为例

Pickle Industrialization Development under the Background of Industrial Clusters--Taking Dongpo Pickles of Meishan as an Example

伴随着经济全球化的发展,产业集群的竞争优势越来越明显,文章以眉山东坡泡菜为例,采用文献资料法、实地考察法等对眉山市泡菜发展沿革进行研究。研究表明:东坡泡菜产业的市场占有率和市场份额较大,眉山市政府有效促进了当地泡菜产业集群的发展,但相关企业与当地居民的联系不够紧密,导致资源未被充分利用。研究结果表示带动泡菜产业繁荣发展的路径主要有以下四个方面:改善基础设施,提高生产技术水平;优化发展模式,保证泡菜品质;创新生产模式,加强企业交流,提高品牌知名度;重视战略组合,完善保障措施,规范企业形象,助力产业多元化。

With the development of economic globalization,the competitive advantages of industrial clusters are becoming more and more obvious.Taking Dongpo pickle of Meishan as an example,this paper studies the development and evolution of pickles in Meishan by means of literature review and field investigation.The research shows that Dongpo pickle industry has a large market share.Meishan municipal government has effectively promoted the development of local pickle industrial clusters.However,the relevant enterprises are not closely connected with local residents,resulting in under-utilization of resources.The results show that there are four ways to promote the prosperity and development of pickle industry.Firstly,it is necessary to improve infrastructure and production technology.Secondly,it is required to optimize the development mode to ensure the quality of pickle.Thirdly,it is essential to innovate production mode and strengthen enterprise communication so as to improve brand awareness.Fourthly,it is a must to attach importance to strategic combination,improve safeguard measures,standardize corporate image,and help industrial diversification.
