跨文化视角下新闻翻译技巧探究--以第十三届全国人民代表大会第三次会议新闻报道为例

Research on Translation Skills of News from Cross-cultural Perspective--Taking the News Report of the Third Session of the 13th

在全球化的浪潮下,世界各国联系日益紧密,形成了你中有我、我中有你的局面。新闻作为增进各国彼此了解的重要媒介,在国与国之间的交流中发挥了不容忽视的作用,这使得新闻翻译应运而生。但由于新闻自身的特点和价值,其翻译具有一定的特殊性。因此,在借鉴前人研究的基础上,笔者以第十三届全国人民代表大会第三次会议的相关新闻报告为例,对新闻中的遣词造句进行分析,并结合具体案例对翻译中使用翻译技巧进行总结。

Under the wave of globalization,countries in the world are getting closer and closer,forming an interdependent situation.News,as an important medium for enhancing mutual understanding between countries,has played an important role in the exchanges between countries,which makes news translation emerge.However,due to the characteristics and value of news itself,its translation has its own particularity.Therefore,on the basis of previous studies,the author takes the relevant news report of the third meeting of the 13th National People’s Congress as an example to analyze the wording and phrasing in the news,and combine specific cases to summarize the translation techniques.
