不同番茄品种幼苗期耐盐性鉴定 被引量:7

Study on Salt Tolerance of the Different Tomato Varieties at Seedling Stage

摘要 为筛选番茄耐盐种质资源,给番茄抗盐栽培提供理论依据及参考,以20个番茄品种为试材,4叶1心时在3种不同NaCl浓度(40 mmol/L、80 mmol/L、120 mmol/L)的盐胁迫下进行幼苗期耐盐鉴定。盐胁迫处理10 d后,测定各个番茄品种的形态指标(株高、茎粗)及生理指标(丙二醛含量、质膜透性、可溶性蛋白质含量、脯氨酸含量、SOD活性、POD活性、CAT活性),以聚类分析为依据,比较20个番茄品种苗期的耐盐性。结果表明:不同番茄品种的过氧化氢酶活性、过氧化物酶活性这两项指标随盐溶液浓度的增加酶活性的变化差异也随之增大。120 mmol/L NaCl浓度胁迫下,耐盐性较强的番茄品种的脯氨酸含量明显低于耐盐性弱的品种,丙二醛含量明显高于耐盐性较弱的品种,可溶性蛋白质含量则无明显变化。低浓度(40 mmol/L)的盐溶液可促进番茄植株生长,但随盐浓度增加,明显表现出抑制番茄幼苗生长。20个番茄品种中,耐盐性强的3个品种为爱美特、凌派、宝迪,耐盐性弱的4个品种为卡西欧、紫罗兰、富康、粉桃。 In order to screen salt-tolerant germplasm resources of tomato and then provide theoretical basis forits salt-tolerant cultivation.Using 20 tomato varieties as test materials,the seedlings were tested for salt tolerance under three different NaCl concentrations(40 mmol/L,80 mmol/L,and 120 mmol/L)under salt stress with 4 true leaves and 1 growth pointin this study.After 10 days treatment,2 morphological indexes(plant height,stem diameter)and 7 physiological indexes(malondialdehyde content,plasma membrane permeability,soluble protein content,proline content,SOD activity,POD activity,CAT activity)were measured.Based on the coefficient of variation and cluster analysis,the salt tolerance of 20 tomato varieties at seedling stage was compared.The results showed that the changes of catalase activity(CAT)and peroxidase activity(POD)of different tomato varieties were increased with the increase of salt solution concentration.Under the stress of 120 mmol/L NaCl,the proline content of tomato varieties with strong salt tolerance was significantly lower than that of the weak salt tolerant varieties,the contents of malondialdehyde were significantly higher than those with low salt tolerance,but there was no significant change in soluble protein content.Low concentration(40 mmol/L)of salt solution could promote the growth of tomato plants,,but the seedling growth inhibition was obvious with the increase of concentration.Three strong salt-tolerance tomato varieties were Emmett,Lingpai,Baodi,while 4 weak salt tolerance tomato varieties were Casio,Violet,Fukang and Pink peach.
