2019年11月在洞庭湖及周边水系分别采集了野生鲫54尾、鳡27尾,测定了两种鱼类9个形态学指标:全长(X_(1))、体长(X_(2))、尾长(X_(3))、头长(X_(4))、尾柄长(X_(5))、尾柄高(X_(6))、体高(X_(7))、体厚(X_(8))和体质量(Y)。通过表型分析、相关性分析、通径分析和多元逐步回归分析得到如下结果:野生鲫形态性状中体长(X_(2))与体重(Y)的相关系数最大为0.957,而野生鳡形态性状中全长(X_(1))与体重(Y)的相关系数最大为0.897,相关性分析与通径分析结果一致;其生长方程分别为:Y(鲫)=-120.337+8.836 X_(2)+16.023 X_(7),R_(2)=0.950,Y(鳡)=-1470.257+38.104 X_(1)+71.717 X_(8),R_(2)=0.877,方程回归系数均极显著(P<0.01)。
In November 2019,we collected 54 individuals of wild Carassius auratus and 27 individuals of Elopichthys bambusa in Dongting lake and surrounding water system.Nine morphological indices of the two fish species were measured:full length(X_(1)),body length(X_(2)),tail length(X_(3)),head length(X_(4)),tail stalk length(X_(5)),tail stalk height(X_(6)),body height(X_(7)),body thickness(X_(8)),and body mass(Y).The following results were obtained by phenotypic analysis,correlation analysis,through path analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis:the correlation analysis of wild C.auratus morphological traits in body length(X_(2))and body weight(Y)correlation coefficient was 0.957,and wild E.bambusa morphological traits in the full length(X_(1))and body weight(Y)correlation coefficient was 0.897,which was consistent with the results of the path analysis.In the stepwise regression analysis,the growth equations of two species of fishes were constructed by stepwise regression analysis:Y(C.auratus)=-120.337+8.836 X_(2)+16.023 X_(7),R_(2)=0.950,simultaneously,Y(E.bambusa)=-1470.257+38.104 X_(1)+71.717 X_(8),R_(2)=0.877.All regression coefficients of equations reached to extreme significance(P<0.01).
