浅述中成药在临床中的合理用药

为了进一步认识中成药在临床中的合理使用,提高中成药合理用药的理论水平和临床处方点评能力。本文从八个方面阐述中成药的合理用药:中医药是中成药合理用药的理论基础、中医药思维运用到临床、炮制品合理选用的重要性、重视中成药配伍禁忌、关注特殊人群中成药用药禁忌、建立中成药处方前置审核模式、对中成药不良反应进行监测与报告、建议完善中成药说明书。通过以上分析思考,认为影响中成药合理用药因素多,中成药合理用药始终要在中医药理论基础指导下进行,药师应深入临床,宣传中成药合理应用的必要性,在合理用药处方点评时要理论实践相结合,医、药、患多沟通,安全、合理、规范地使用中成药。

In order to further understand the rational use of Chinese patent medicine in clinic,improve the theoretical level of rational use of Chinese patent medicine and the ability of clinical prescription comment.This paper expounds the rational use of Chinese patent medicine from eight aspects:a proprietary Chinese medicine theoretical basis for the rational use of drugs of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine thinking with the importance of reasonable choice of clinical,processed products,attaches great importance to the proprietary Chinese medicine compatibility taboo,pay attention to the special groups traditional contraindication,establish proprietary Chinese medicine prescription pre audit mode,the proprietary Chinese medicine adverse reaction monitoring and reporting,suggestions to perfect the traditional instruction.Thinking through the above analysis,many factors influences the traditional rational drug use,proprietary Chinese medicine always in under the guidance of TCM theory basis for the rational use of drugs,clinical pharmacists should propaganda and the necessity of rational application of proprietary Chinese medicine,in the rational use of drugs prescription review to the theory of practice,medical institutions,medicine,communication,security,reasonable and standard use of proprietary Chinese medicine.
