护理人员在老年住院患者静脉输注抗菌药物情况调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Intravenous Infusion of Antibiotics by Nurses in Elderly Inpatients

目的调查老年住院患者静脉输注抗菌药物中给药间隔、滴注时间及序贯输液情况,分析存在的问题及原因,提出建议及对策,保障患者的用药安全有效。方法整理抗菌药物药品说明书中的给药间隔、滴注时间及序贯输液的规定。通过查对1536组输液记录符合规定的情况,并统计合格率。结果给药间隔、滴注时间及序贯输液的合格率分别为63.35%、87.11%及95.25%。结论给药间隔合格率偏低,滴注时间及序贯输液合格率尚可,但都存在不足,可通过加强抗菌药物输液的合理用药知识培训、提高护理人员的医嘱执行力及加强对患者及照护者的宣教及沟通等措施改进。

OBJECTIVE To investigate and analyze the problems of the intravenous infusion of antibacterial drugs,including dosing interval,infusion time and the sequence for elderly inpatients,and then put forward suggestions and solutions.METHODS Dosing interval,infusion time and sequential infusion of antibiotics were arranged according to the instructions,and 1536 groups infusion records were checked,and then counted the qualified rate.RESULTS The qualified rates of dosing interval,infusion time and sequential infusion were 63.35%,87.11%and 95.25%respectively.CONCLUSION Both the qualified rate of infusion time and sequential infusion were accepted,but the qualified rate of dosing interval was low,and all of them had deficiencies.It can be improved by strengthening the training of rational use of antibacterial infusion,improving the execution of medical orders of nurses,and strengthening the education and communication of patients and caregivers.
