闽东地区基层医院药品不良反应分析

Analysis of Adverse Drug Reaction Reports in Primary Hospitals in Eastern Fujian

目的探讨闽东地区基层医院药品不良反应发生的规律和特点,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法对某医疗机构近五年(2016~2020年)报告的469例不良反应报告进行汇总分析。结果新的和严重病例报告合计201例,占报告总数的42.86%,男性204例,男女性别比为0.77∶1;45~64岁患者发生率最高,合计152例,占总例数的18.76%;报告的不良反应的药物以抗菌药物为主(占总例数38.38%);发生不良反应的给药途径以静脉给药(72.49%)为主;不良反应的主要临床表现为皮肤及附件损害、循环系统和消化系统等。结论基层医疗机构不良反应发生有多种因素的影响,应加强基层医疗机构医务人员不良反应的培训和不良反应监测力度。药师定期分析不良反应数据和发生规律,及时与临床医生沟通,从而降低不良反应发生率,保障临床用药安全。

OBJECTIVE To explore the regularity and characteristics of adverse drug reactions in primary hospitals in eastern Fujian,and to provide references for clinical drug use.METHODS 469 adverse drug reaction reported by our hospital in recent five years(2016~2020)were analyzed.RESULTS A total of 201 new and serious cases were reported,accounting for 42.86%of the total number of reports,and 204 cases were male.There were more cases in patients of 45~64 years old(accounting for 18.76%of the total cases).Antibacterials were the main drugs that reported adverse reactions(accounting for 18.76%of the total cases).The main route of administration of adverse reactions was intravenous administration(72.49%).The main clinical manifestations of adverse reactions were skin and its accessories damage,circulatory system and digestive tract damage.CONCLUSION There are many factors affecting the occurrence of adverse reactions in primary medical institutions,so it is necessary to strengthen the training and monitoring of adverse reactions of medical staff in primary medical institutions.Pharmacists regularly analyze the data and occurrence regularity of adverse reactions,and communicate with clinicians in time,so as to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and ensure the safety of clinical medication.
