Analysis on the Production and Use of Hospital Preparations in 66 Medical Institutions in Hubei Province in 2019

目的分析2019年湖北省医院制剂的生产使用情况,并探讨其发展前景。方法调查汇总了2019年湖北省66家医疗机构医院制剂的生产与销售情况,分析其品种、数量、年产量、年销售量、医保收录情况等。结果总计1360种医院制剂,包含化学制剂582种,中药制剂778种,2019年总产量达到12814334(瓶/支/盒);销量排名靠前的化学制剂为维生素E软膏、硅油乳膏、尿素乳膏、炉甘石洗剂等,主要为皮肤科外用药物;销量排名靠前的中药制剂为复方SOD熊果苷乳膏、鱼腥草滴鼻液、祛白合剂等,以皮肤科药物和呼吸科药物为主,多为口服制剂;其中93种医院制剂是多家医疗机构的常见品种,最多的是维生素E软膏同时由28家医疗机构生产并销售;停产的医院制剂有239种;被医保收录的医院制剂有823种,平均年销售量约为不在医保目录医院制剂的1.5倍。结论湖北省医院制剂品种繁多,相比往年仍有“缩水”现象。如今市场制药的发展压缩了医院制剂的生存空间,医院制剂应该找准定位,提高标准,在未来的医药市场中仍会起到重要的作用。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the production and use of hospital preparations in Hubei province in 2019 and to discuss development prospect.METHODS The Health Commission of Hubei Province investigated and summarized the production and sales of hospital preparations in 66 medical institutions in Hubei Province in 2019,and analyzed their varieties,quantity,annual output,annual sales volume and medical insurance coverage.RESULTS A total of 1360 kinds of hospital preparations,including 582 kinds of chemical preparations and 778 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine preparations,with the total output reaching 12814,334(bottles/boxes)in 2019.The top selling chemicals were vitamin E ointment,silicone oil cream,urea cream,calamine lotion,etc.,mainly for external use in dermatology.The top traditional Chinese medicine preparations were compound SOD arbutin cream,Houttuynia nasal drops,Qubai Mixture,etc.,which are mainly dermatological drugs and respiratory drugs,mostly oral preparations.Ninety-three hospital preparations were prepared by a number of medical institutions,the largest of which was vitamin E ointment produced and sold by 28 medical institutions.239 kinds of hospital preparations have been discontinued.823 kinds of hospital preparations were included in the medical insurance,and the average annual sales volume was about 1.5 times that of hospital preparations not included in the medical insurance directory.CONCLUSION There are many kinds of hospital preparations in Hubei province,but compared with previous years,there is still“shrinkage”phenomenon.Nowadays,the development of pharmaceutical technology in the market has compressed the living space of hospital preparations,but there are also new opportunities in the new era.Hospital preparations will still play an important role in the future pharmaceutical market.
