‘普科1号’白及优良无性系选育

Selection and Breeding of Bletilla striata′Puke 1′

为选育适宜云南省普洱市推广种植的白及优良品种,通过初选、复选、决选、优良无性系选育等程序,历时6 a,选育出‘普科1号’白及优良无性系。‘普科1号’白及优良无性系具有植株生长快、假鳞茎产量高、品质优良等特性,3年生假鳞茎产量可达45943.8 kg·hm^(-2),比其它5个参试无性系产量的总体平均值高出48.23%,比对照高出64.04%;粗多糖含量7.85%、还原糖含量1.68%,比其它5个参试无性系总体平均值分别高出32.15%、101.44%,比对照分别高出409.74%、127.03%。在镇沅县、景谷县、思茅区进行区域性测定试验,结果表明该优良无性系生长发育良好,适应性强,其优良性状保持稳定。‘普科1号’白及优良无性系于2020年通过云南省认定。

In order to select and breed a new variety of Bletilla striata suitable for cultivation in Pu′er City,Bletilla striata′Puke 1′was selected by primary selection,selective selection,final selection and progeny determination through six years.Bletilla striata′Puke 1′has the characteristics that growing fast,high yield and good quality.The 3-year-old pseudobulb′s yield was 45943.8 kg·hm^(-2),which was 48.23%higher than the other 5 clones and 64.04%higher than the control;the contents of crude polysaccharide and reducing sugar were 7.85%and 1.68%,which were 32.15%and 101.44%higher than the other 5 clones,409.74%and 127.03%higher than the control.The result of regional test shows that Bletilla striata′Puke 1′was growing well and has strong adaptability,and the excellent character remained stable in Zhenyuan County,Jinggu County and Simao District.Bletilla striata′Puke 1′was identified by Yunnan Province in 2020.
