社区各类养老服务对老年人生活质量的影响--以需求响应为视角的实证分析

The Impact of Various Community Elderly Care Services on the Quality of Life of the Elderly—An empirical analysis from the perspective of demand response

基于2017—2018年中国老年健康影响因素跟踪调查数据而从需求响应出发的关于社区养老服务对老年人生活质量之影响的因子分析和回归分析表明:第一,社区响应老年人的养老服务需求,能够有效提高老年人的生活质量。第二,与扩展性养老服务相比,社区响应老年人的基础性养老服务对老年人生活质量的影响效用更大。第三,基础性养老服务和扩展性养老服务对老年人生活质量的影响在性别、年龄和居住地类型上具有异质性。因此,需要根据不同老年人群体的需求差异来优化社区养老服务体系。

Based on the 2017-2018 follow-up survey data of Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey(CLHLS),this paper empirically analyzes the impacts of community services on the quality of life of the elderly from the perspective of demand response via the factor analysis and the regression analysis.The results show that:Firstly,community response to the needs of elderly care services can effectively improve the quality of life of the elderly.Secondly,compared with the extended elderly care service,community responses to the basic care service has a greater impact on the quality of life of the elderly.Finally,the impact of basic service and extended service on the quality of life of the elderly is heterogeneous in gender,age and type of residence.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the community care service system according to the needs of the elderly.
