摘要
为强化芯片上肋片散热器的换热效果,在散热器前纵向或横向放置了圆柱涡流发生器,并研究了通道的流动与传热特性,比较了平均努塞尔数、摩擦因子随入口流体雷诺数的变化情况,并对产生的涡旋作出了分析。研究结果表明:纵向放置和横向放置涡流发生器均可提高努塞尔数,但是纵向安装时平均努塞尔数更高,与无涡流发生器相比,提高了8.64%~16.8%;放置涡流发生器会产生回流区,且横向放置涡流发生器会形成较大的回流区,阻力有较大的增加。
To enhance the heat transfer of the finned heat sink on the chip,a cylindrical vortex generator is placed vertically or horizontally in front of the fin.The thermal and hydraulic performance of the chann-el are studied.In particular,the average Nusselt number and the friction factor are compared with the Reyn-olds number of the inlet fluid,and the vortices generated in the channel are also mainly discussed.The res-ults show that two types vortex generators can improve the Nusselt number,and the Nusselt number of vert-ically vortex generator is higher,which is 8.64%-16.8%higher than that without vortex generator.On the other hand,the installation of vortex generator will produce recirculation zone,and the transverse placement of vortex generator will form a larger recirculation zone,and the resistance will increase greatly.
