OBE(Outcome-based Education)education concept is the mainstream concept in the field of international engineering education.As a core professional compulsory course for majors of food science and engineering,Food Analysis occupies an important position in the curriculum system and the cultivation of the ability of undergraduates majoring in food science and engineering.It is worth to further explore how to effectively penetrate the OBE teaching philosophy in terms of course objectives,content design,teaching methods and assessment,and obtaining of continuous improvement through feedback,to strengthen the result orientation of the food analysis course learning,improve the teaching effect,and therefore strengthen the cultivation of quality and innovation ability of students majored in food science and engineering.
