面向人才培养需求转型的火控与指控系统原理课程教学内容改革

摘要 教学内容是课程整体建设的根本,牵动课程教学的各方面建设。面向人才培养需求的转型,分析了新型人才培养需求特点,以及火控与指控系统原理课程传统教学内容存在的问题。在此基础上,从立足装备特点规划主干教学内容,基于对抗视角构建教学内容体系,基于布鲁姆学习分类法重组线上线下教学内容,以及如盐入水精细设计课程思政内容等方面进行了改革,并对改革取得的成效进行了总结。 The teaching content is the foundation of the overall construction of a course,and affects all aspects of the construction of the course teaching.Facing the transformation of talent training needs,this paper analyzes the characteristics of new talent training needs and the problems existing in the traditional teaching content of Fire Control and Command System Principle course.On this basis,reform has been made in some respects,such as that the main teaching contents were planned based on the characteristics of equipment,the teaching content system was constructed based on the confrontation perspective,the online and offline teaching contents were reorganized based on Bloom learning classification,and the ideological and political contents were fine designed as salt into water.Finally,the results of the reform are summarized.
