微项目引导的工业智能方法与应用课程教学实践——研究型大学智能制造工程专业人才培养模式探索 被引量:6

摘要 智能制造工程是教育部2018年首批设置的新工科专业,截止到2020年底,全国已有数十所大学设立此专业并形成自己独有的课程体系。但纵观全国高校,目前工业智能课程在智能制造工程专业的课程体系中还很少开设,而该课是满足智能制造内涵的重要赋能技术,是工业互联网充分释放赋能价值的关键要素。在此背景下,学院创建了工业智能方法与应用本科生智能制造工程专业核心课程。“人工智能方法与工业场景的深入融合”决定了本课程理论与实践深度结合的特点,在通过课堂讲授让学生夯实理论基础的前提下,借鉴国内外大学中课程配套微项目的相关经验,建设一系列与本课程配套的微项目集,以项目驱动学生掌握理论知识。文章围绕工业智能方法与应用课程创建过程,介绍教学内容与教学方法并详细阐述了三个微项目的设计方案。 Intelligent manufacturing engineering is one of the first new engineering majors set up by the Ministry of education in 2018.By the end of 2020,dozens of universities across the country have set up this major and formed their own unique curriculum system.However,looking at colleges and universities across the country,at present,the industrial intelligence course is rarely offered in the curriculum system of Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering,and this course is an important enabling technology to meet the connotation of intelligent manufacturing and a key element for the industrial Internet to fully release the enabling value.In this context,our college has established the core course of Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering for undergraduates in industrial intelligent methods and applications."The in-depth integration of artificial intelligence methods and industrial scenes"determines the characteristics of the in-depth combination of theory and practice of this course.On the premise of consolidating the theoretical foundation for students through classroom teaching,and drawing on the relevant experience of micro projects supporting courses in universities at home and abroad,build a series of micro project sets supporting this course to drive students to master theoretical knowledge.This paper introduces the teaching contents and methods around the creation process of industrial intelligence methods and applications,and expounds the design schemes of three micro projects in detail.
