习近平提出构建人类命运共同体,推动"一带一路"向纵深发展,为全世界提供了中国方案,贡献了中国智慧,体现了大国责任担当。在全球疫情肆虐的背景下,人类团结合作显得尤为重要,命运共同体价值更加凸显。作为一种理念和话语表达,构建人类命运共同体的价值意蕴体现在:其一,能够提升中国国际话语影响力,凝聚全球共识,携手共同抗击疫情。其二,在一定程度上,有力回应"中国威胁论",驳斥国际舆论指责"抹黑中国"等言论。其三,能够破除西方"普世价值"的思想藩篱,回归到"命运与共"这样更具有现实意义的认识层面上。其四,进一步扩大中国对外开放,有序恢复全球经济,不仅如此,还深刻表明中国积极参与并推动全球治理体系改革和建设的意愿。
