摘要
目的:分析阶段性综合运动训练方案在慢性心衰患者中的应用效果。方法:将两个病房的慢性心衰患者随机分为两组,对照组(30例)给予常规运动指导,实验组(30例)给予阶段性综合运动训练方案,采用左心室射血分数、心衰症状状态问卷、明尼苏达心衰生活质量量表、全因病死率、心源性病死率、3个月内因心衰再入院率等观察指标来评价干预效果。结果:实施阶段性综合运动训练方案干预后,实验组左心室射血分数明显高于对照组(P<0.05),疾病附带的躯体症状得分、生活质量得分均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组间病死率无统计学差异且实验组因心衰导致的再住院率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性心衰患者实施阶段性综合运动训练方案,可有效改善其心脏功能及躯体症状,提高其活力耐力及生活质量,对患者预后也有积极作用。
Objective:To explore the effects of the staged comprehensive exercise training program on patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:60 patients with chronic heart failure were recruited and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 30 in each group.The control group was given regular exercise instruction,and the experimental group was given the phased comprehensive exercise training program.The effects on cardiac function,somatic symptoms,quality of life and prognostic outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results:After implementing the phased comprehensive exercise training program,the average left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The average scores of somatic symptoms and quality of life in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The mortality rates of the two groups shown no statistically significant difference,while the re-hospitalization rate caused by heart failure in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The periodic comprehensive exercise training program for patients with chronic heart failure can effectively improve their exercise tolerance and relieve physical symptoms to not only bring better cardiac function and life but also positive prognosis.
