《小学生综合素质评价手册》的实践分析与改进建议——基于对北京、上海、天津708份样本的调查 被引量:3

摘要 《小学生综合素质评价手册》的使用情况直接关系到综合素质评价的实效。根据北京、上海、天津三个直辖市教师使用《手册》的调查研究发现:《手册》的内容设计认可度和效用认可度较高,教师为主要掌管者且集中填写较普遍。同时存在评价指标设计异地差异明显,学生主体地位不突出,过程性记录不充分等问题。原因主要包括编者理念亟待更新,学生主体性亟待彰显,教师评价素养亟待提高,学校的组织设计亟待完善。未来需在编写和使用中突出“五育并举”要求,重点发展基于学生个性培养的科学评判,以自我评估为着力点发展学生主体性,以学业述评为抓手推动过程性评价科学实施,发挥技术优势激活活动形式创新,最终达到《手册》的育人实效。 The use of Primary School Students'Comprehensive Quality Assessment Manual is directly related to the actual effect of comprehensive quality assessment.According to the survey results of teachers in Beijing,Shanghai and Tianjin,the content design and the effectiveness of the manual are highly recognized;and the centralized filling is common since teachers are mainly in charge.However,there are also some problems such as obvious differences in the design of evaluation indicators in different places,the principal status of students being not prominent and insufficient procedural records.The reasons generally include the urgent need to update the editor's concept,to highlight students'subjectivity,to improve teachers'assessment competence and to improve schools'organizational design.In future,it is necessary to further highlight the requirements of"Educating Five Domains Simultaneously"in the compilation and use of this manual,focusing on the development of scientific evaluation based on the cultivation of students'personality,further developing students'subjectivity with self-evaluation,promoting the scientific implementation of process evaluation with academic review and giving full play to technological advantages to activate activity form innovation.
