预制PC小箱梁单梁荷载试验研究

Study on load test of single beam of prefabricated PC box girder

荷载试验作为桥梁投入使用前的一种验收手段,对桥梁整体承载能力的评定至关重要。成桥荷载试验能够检验桥梁结构设计是否合理,掌握桥梁结构的实际工作状况,判断结构受力是否满足设计要求,对结构的承载能力及工作状况作出综合评价,并为后续的运营养护提供原始数据。通过对实桥预制小箱梁单梁进行静载试验,测得该单梁各控制截面应力及挠度数据,观测梁体裂缝情况,从而判断梁体结构强度、刚度及裂缝等指标在正常使用状态能否满足要求。

Load test,as a means of acceptance before the bridge is put into use,is very important for the evaluation of the overall bearing capacity of the bridge.The bridge load test can check whether the bridge structure design is reasonable,grasp the actual working condition of the bridge structure,judge whether the structure force meets the design requirements,make a comprehensive evaluation of the carrying capacity and working condition of the structure,and provide original data for the subsequent operation and maintenance.Through the static load test on the single beam of the prefabricated small box girder of a real bridge,the stress and deflection data of each control section of the single beam are measured,and the cracks of the beam are observed,so as to determine whether the structural strength,stiffness and cracks of the beam can meet the requirements in normal use.
