甘油法环氧氯丙烷高盐废水处理方法的选择 被引量:4

摘要 随着国民经济和科技水平的不断提升,利用废盐酸、生物质柴油副产物甘油做原料的甘油法制取环氧氯丙烷生产工艺因具有占地面积小、污水量少(高盐废水量约为丙烯高温氯化法废水量的1/10)、能耗低等优点,逐渐凸显其环保优势和节能优势。近年来,甘油法环氧氯丙烷国内产能不断增加,如何优选生产工艺过程中产生的碱性高含盐废水的处理方法逐渐成为企业增强产品竞争力的重要手段之一。针对笔者所在单位引进的甘油法环氧氯丙烷生产工艺所产生废水的物化性质,本文从预估投资、处理费用、环境影响和经济收益四方面对比分析了高盐废水生化处理直排和催化湿式氧化处理回用离子膜电解槽两种处理方法,因催化湿式氧化处理回用离子膜电解槽具有预估处理费用相对低、环境友好、可产生较可观的回收收益、可持续绿色循环等优点,最终选定该处理方法应用到笔者所在单位新上项目配套废水处理中。 With the continuous improvement of the national economy and scientific and technological level,the production process of epichlorohydrin by glycerol method using waste hydrochloric acid and glycerol as the by-product of biomass diesel as raw materials gradually highlights its advantages of environmental protection and energy saving due to its small floor area,less sewage(the amount of high salt waste is about 1/10 of that of propylene high-temperature chlorination method) and low energy consumption.In recent years,the domestic production capacity of glycerol epichlorohydrin is increasing.How to optimize the treatment method of alkaline high salt wastewater produced in the production process has gradually become one of the important means for enterprises to enhance product competitiveness.In view of the physicochemical properties of the wastewater produced by the glycerol epichlorohydrin production process introduced by our company,this paper compared and analyzed the two treatment methods of high salt wastewater biochemical treatment direct discharge and catalytic wet oxidation reuse ion-exchange membrane electrolyzer from four aspects of estimated investment,treatment cost,environmental impact and economic income.It could produce considerable recovery income and sustainable green cycle.Finally,the treatment method of catalytic wet oxidation and reuse ion-exchange membrane electrolyzer was selected and applied to the supporting wastewater treatment of our new project.
