“边界消弭”下的跨学科高校教师学习共同体的建构

摘要 学习共同体自出现在学术领域一直是学者们争论的焦点。该文以伯恩斯坦的“教育边界理论”为框架,探究该理论下跨学科高校教师学习共同体的必要性和紧迫性,并从学科统整、教师信念和认同感建立以及平台的搭建三个层面提出适切性的建议。
