金天格胶囊联合经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松脊柱压缩性骨折疗效观察及对骨密度的影响

Curative Effect of Jintiange Capsules Combined with Percutaneous Kyphoplasty on Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fractures and Its Effect on Bone Mineral Density

目的:观察金天格胶囊联合经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)治疗骨质疏松脊柱压缩性骨折的临床疗效及其对骨密度的影响。方法:选择骨质疏松脊柱压缩性骨折患者78例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各39例。2组患者入院后均给予PKP手术,对照组术后给予常规抗骨质疏松治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予金天格胶囊口服。治疗后,观察比较2组临床疗效;比较2组治疗前后的疼痛情况、腰椎骨密度、股骨颈骨密度、骨钙素、骨特异性碱性磷酸酶水平。结果:治疗后,观察组临床疗效优于对照组,经秩和检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、腰椎骨密度、股骨颈骨密度、骨钙素、骨特异性碱性磷酸酶水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组VAS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),腰椎骨密度、股骨颈骨密度、骨钙素、骨特异性碱性磷酸酶水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组上述指标改善较对照组更显著(P<0.05)。结论:金天格胶囊联合PKP治疗骨质疏松脊柱压缩性骨折PKP,有助于提高患者骨密度,缓解疼痛,改善骨代谢。

Objectives:To observe the clinical effect of Jintiange capsules combined with percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP)for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures and its effect on bone mineral density.Methods:A total of 78 cases of patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.After admission,both groups were treated with PKP.After operation,the control group was given routine anti-osteoporosis treatment,and the observation group was additionally treated with Jintiange capsules based on the treatment of the control group.After treatment,the clinical effects in the two groups were observed and compared.Before and after treatment,the Visual Analog Scales(VAS),bone mineral density of lumbar vertebra and femoral neck,osteocalcin and bone-specific alkaline phosphatase in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the clinical effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of VAS scores,bone mineral density of lumbar vertebra and femoral neck,osteocalcin,and bone-specific alkaline phosphatase between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),the bone mineral density of lumbar vertebra and femoral neck,osteocalcin and bone-specific alkaline phosphatase were increased(P<0.05),and the improvement of the above indexes in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jintiange capsules combined with PKP for osteoporotic vertebral compression fracturescan help increase bone mineral density,relieve pain and improve bone metabolism.
