参芪降糖颗粒联合磷酸西格列汀片治疗2型糖尿病伴代谢综合征临床研究

Clinical Study on Shenqi Jiangtang Granules Combined with Sitagliptin Phosphate Tablets for Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Metabolic Syndrome

目的:观察参芪降糖颗粒联合磷酸西格列汀片治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)伴代谢综合征(MS)的临床疗效。方法:选取82例T2DM伴MS患者,以数字奇偶法分为治疗组和对照组各41例。2组入院后均接受常规治疗,对照组在此基础上给予磷酸西格列汀片治疗,治疗组给予参芪降糖颗粒联合磷酸西格列汀片治疗,2组均治疗6个月。比较2组临床疗效、不良反应发生率;比较2组治疗前后血糖水平及胰岛β细胞功能指标。结果:治疗组总有效率为92.68%,高于对照组的70.73%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(P2hBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)水平及胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗组FBG、P2hBG、HbA1c、FINS水平及HOMA-IR均低于对照组(P<0.05);2组胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),治疗组HOMA-β高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率为4.88%,低于对照组的26.83%(P<0.05)。结论:参芪降糖颗粒联合磷酸西格列汀片治疗T2DM伴MS可提高临床疗效,有效控制患者的血糖,调节胰岛β细胞功能,且安全性较好。

Objectives:To observe the clinical effect of Shenqi Jiangtang granules combined with sitagliptin phosphate tablets for type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM)complicated with metabolic syndrome(MS).Methods:A total of 82 cases of patients with T2 DM complicated with MS were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the oddeven grouping method,with 41 cases in each group.Both groups received routine treatment after admission.The control group was additionally treated with sitagliptin phosphate tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Shenqi Jiangtang granules combined with sitagliptin phosphate tablets.Both groups were treated for 6 months.The clinical effects,incidence of adverse reactions,as well as the blood glucose levels and isletβcell function indexes before and after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 92.68%in the treatment group,higher than that of 70.73%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG),postprandial 2-hour blood glucose(P2 hBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1 c),and fasting insulin(FINS)as well as homeostasis model assessment-IR(HOMAIR)in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above levels and HOMA-IR in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);homeostasis model assessment-β(HOMA-β)in the two groups was increased when compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and HOMA-βin the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 4.88%in the treatment group,lower than that of 26.83%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenqi Jiangtang granules combined with sitagliptin phosphate tablets for T2 DM complicated with MS can improve the clinical effect,effectively control the blood glucose level of patients,and regulate the function of isletβcells,with good safety.
