针灸联合耳穴贴压治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛临床研究

Clinical Study on Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Auricular Point Pressing for Postherpetic Neuralgia

目的:观察针灸联合耳穴贴压治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)的临床疗效。方法:将90例PHN患者按随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组各45例。对照组给予营养神经、增强免疫力以及镇痛镇静治疗,治疗组给予电针+火针+耳穴贴压治疗。2组疗程均为1个月,观察比较2组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、临床疗效及复发情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为88.89%,对照组为68.89%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组VAS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。随访2个月,治疗组复发率为5.00%,对照组为25.81%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医针灸治疗PHN,能缓解患者神经痛,提高治疗效果,降低复发率。

Objectives:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with auricular point pressing on postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).Methods:A total of 90 cases of PHN patients were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given treatment for nourishing nerve,enhancing immunity,relieving pain and sedation,and the treatment group was treated with electroacupuncture,fire-needle moxibustion and auricular point pressing.Both groups were treated for one month.The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores,clinical effects and recurrences in the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The total effective rate was 88.89%in the treatment group and 68.89%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the VAS scores in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After two-month follow-up,the recurrence rate was 5.00%in the treatment group,and 25.81%in the control group,there being no significance in the difference.(P>0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion for patients with PHN can relieve neuralgia,improve curative effect and reduce recurrence rate.
