国内外药物经济学评价研究的文献计量及可视化分析

Bibliometrics and visualization analysis of pharmacoeconomic evaluation research at home and abroad

目的:通过文献计量及CiteSpace软件探索国内外药物经济学评价领域的研究现状、热点及发展趋势。方法:以CNKI和Web of Science为国内外文献检索平台,检索药物经济学评价的相关文献。运用CiteSpace软件对作者、国家或地区、机构、关键词进行共现分析,关键词聚类分析和时间演化分析,绘制并比较国内外可视化图谱。结果:共纳入国内外文献1 509篇和1 556篇。国内核心作者和研究机构的数量远低于国外,缺乏对外学术合作,国际影响力不足。国内发展趋势与国外基本一致,研究热点集中于成本效用分析、模型、健康效用值、质量调整生命年、安全性、有效性、随机对照试验、Ⅲ期临床试验等。热点疾病以心脑血管疾病、糖尿病、癌症等慢性病为主。结论:虽然国内药物经济学评价起步较晚,但紧随国际发展趋势,各类评价方法、模型及热点疾病逐渐爆发并成为研究热点。

OBJECTIVE To explore the research status, hotspots and development trends in the field of pharmacoeconomic evaluation at home and abroad through bibliometrics and CiteSpace software.METHODS CNKI and Web of Science were utilized as the domestic and foreign literature retrieval platforms for searching the related literatures of pharmacoeconomic evaluation.CiteSpace software was employed for co-occurrence analysis of authors, countries or regions, institutions, keywords, keyword clustering and time evolution.And the domestic and foreign visualization maps were plotted.RESULTS A total of 1,509 and 1,556 domestic and foreign literatures were included.The quantity of domestic core authors and research institutions was much lower than that of foreign countries and lacked external academic cooperation and international influence.Domestic development trend was basically consistent with abroad.Research hotspots focused upon cost-utility analysis, model, health state utility, quality-adjusted life years, safety, efficacy, randomized controlled trial and phase Ⅲ trial, etc.Hotspot diseases were mainly chronic diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes mellitus and cancer.CONCLUSION Though emerging relatively late, domestic pharmacoeconomic evaluation has followed closely international development trend.Various evaluation methods, models and hot diseases are gaining popularity.
