摘要
以受电弓上框架为研究对象,提出一种适合受电弓部件的加速寿命试验载荷谱编制方法。首先,基于有限元方法建立弓网耦合动力学模型,应用多体动力学仿真计算得到上框架载荷谱,运用动应力分析方法,将上框架载荷时程数据转换为所关注焊接处的应力谱,同时,研究了应力谱振幅方法的统计特性,结果表明幅值服从威布尔分布,并运用参数法外推建立了八级一维加载谱,为便于实验台架作动器的加载,提出了载荷反推方法,通过台架实验的数据得到,对比加速谱的误差控制在6%以内。该方法可为受电弓各部件的疲劳寿命试验和寿命预测提供参考。
Taking pantograph frame as the research object, a load spectrum Compiling method suitable for accelerated life test of pantograph frame is proposed. Firstly, the coupling dynamic model of the pantograph was established based on the finite element method, and the load spectrum of the upper frame was obtained by multi-body dynamics simulation. The dynamic stress analysis method is used to convert the time-history data of the upper frame load into the stress spectrum of the weld concerned. At the same time, the statistical characteristics of the stress spectrum amplitude method are studied, the results show that the amplitude obeys Weibull distribution, and the eight-order one-dimensional loading spectrum is established by extrapolation of the parameter method. In order to facilitate the loading of the test bench actuators, a load back push method is put forward, and the error of the contrast acceleration spectrum is controlled within 6% through the test bench data. This method can provide reference for fatigue life test and life prediction of pantograph components.
