摘要
通过构建"缔结-实施-争端治理-评估"的协议治理方式理论框架,以中国-东盟合作协议治理方式为客观基础,对中国-东盟合作协议的应用过程进行了考察,探讨中国-东盟合作协议治理应用过程的现实运行机理和协作治理关系的生成逻辑,进而提出中国-东盟合作协议治理的改进策略。
