克罗恩病患者肛门失禁的影响因素

Influencing factors of anal incontinence in patients with Crohn′s disease

克罗恩病是一种消化道的慢性炎症性疾病,该病具有进展性、终身性及致残性的特点,部分患者可伴发肛周病变,尤其以复杂性肛瘘为多见,手术风险及致残率也较一般人群更高。肠道慢性炎症及肛周病变等诸多因素可能损伤患者的肛门功能,使得肛门失禁情况频繁出现。本文将结合临床经验及近年来国内外相关文献,对克罗恩病、肛门失禁及与肛门失禁相关的影响因素进行综述。

Crohn′s disease is a chronic inflammatory disease of the digestive tract.The disease has the characteristics of progressive,lifelong and disabling.Some patients may be accompanied by perianal disease,especially the complex anal fistulas.The risk of surgery and the disability rate is higher than the general population.Many factors such as chronic intestinal inflammation and perianal disease may damage the patient′s anal function,causing frequent anal incontinence.This article will combine the clinical experience and relevant literature at home and abroad in recent years to discuss Crohn′s disease and anal incontinence,meanwhile the influencing factors associated with anal incontinence are reviewed.
