应用型本科高校“六卓越一拔尖”卓越人才培养研究——基于铜陵学院机械设计制造及其自动化专业卓越工程师培养的实践

"六卓越一拔尖"计划是我国对高等教育人才培养的综合改革,旨在进一步提升高等教育人才培养质量。新工科建设、工程教育专业认证及"一流专业、一流课程"双万计划建设等新形势,对卓越工程师培养提出了更高的要求。文章对卓越工程师培养的指导思想展开探讨,以铜陵学院机械设计制造及其自动化专业为例,介绍了专业依托创新创业教育,融入STEM教育理念,加强学科建设,革新课程教学,强化校企合作的卓越工程师培养实践,以期为应用型本科高校卓越工程师的培养提供参考。

The "Six Excellence and One Brilliance" plan is a comprehensive reform of higher education talent training in China, aiming to further improve the quality of higher education talent training. The new situation, such as new engineering construction, engineering education professional certification and the construction of "First-class Major, First-class Course" Double Ten Thousand Plan, puts forward higher requirements for the training of excellent engineers. This paper discusses the guiding ideology of training excellent engineers. Taking the mechanical design and manufacturing and automation major of Tongling University as an example, this paper introduces the training practice of excellent engineers by major’s relying on innovation and entrepreneurship education, integrating STEM education concept, strengthening discipline construction, innovating course teaching, and strengthening school-enterprise cooperation, in order to provide reference for the training of excellent engineers in application-oriented undergraduate universities.
