“1+X”证书制度背景下高职院校人才培养研究——基于财经类专业的问卷调研与分析 被引量:1

摘要 "1+X"证书制度的持续推进引发了高职院校人才培养模式的革新,而伴随着我国经济发展进入新常态和高职院校百万扩招工作的进一步深化,更是对高职院校人才培养模式提出了新的要求。为探析"1+X"证书制度实施对高职院校人才培养模式的影响,对湖南省3所高职院校财经类专业学生开展问卷调查,发现当前"1+X"证书制度试点的高职院校育人模式存在学生对证书制接纳度不够、对证书类别不了解、对职业生涯规划不明,以及育人效果不佳等问题,分别从国家、学校、企业和学生4个层面提出与"1+X"证书制度高效实施相匹配的高职院校育人对策。 The continuous promotion of "1+X"certificate system has triggered the innovation of talent training mode in higher vocational colleges. Along with the development of economy of China has entered a new normal and the further deepening of the one million expansion of enrollment in higher vocational colleges, new requirements have been put forward for the talent training mode in higher vocational colleges. In order to explore the impact of the implementation of "1+X" certificate system on talents training mode in higher vocational colleges, a questionnaire survey was conducted on students majoring in finance and economics in three higher vocational colleges in Hunan province. It is found that under the current "1+X" certificate system pilot, there are some problems in the higher vocational education model, such as students’ insufficient acceptance of certificate system, confusion about certificate types, unclear career planning and poor education effect, and so on. This paper puts forward the countermeasures of higher vocational education from the four aspects of the state, school, enterprise and students, which are in line with the efficient implementation of "1+X" certificate system.
