“政校企行”视角下高职公共英语教育发展研究:2009—2019 被引量:2

摘要 "政校企行"四方联动机制的建立是实现"产教融合、校企合作、工学结合"人才培养模式的保证,高职公共英语教育的发展也是"政校企行"四大相关体相互作用的结果。在2009—2019年期间,伴随职业教育的发展,教育部职业院校外语类专业教学指导委员会、教育企业和考试机构以及一些优质院校从不同的层面在多个领域推动了高职公共英语教育的发展,表现出一定的联动趋势,但这种联动作用还相当微弱,与有效联动机制建立的目标还有一定的距离。因此,需做好顶层设计并继续推进联动机制的形成,依托主体协同效应为高职公共英语教育更好地发展创造条件。 The establishment of the quadripartite linkage mechanism of "government, school, enterprise and industry" is a guarantee to realize the talent training mode of "integration of industry and education, cooperation between schools and enterprises, and integration of work and study", and the development of public English education in higher vocational colleges is also the result of interactions among the four correlates. During the period 2009-2019, with the development of vocational education, Advisory Committee of Foreign Language Teaching in vocational colleges of the Ministry of Education, educational enterprises and examination bodies, as well as some qualified colleges have promoted the development of public English education in higher vocational colleges on different levels and in many fields, showing a certain trend of linkage. But this linkage is still quite weak and far from the goal of establishing an effective linkage mechanism. So, it is necessary to make a good top-level design and continue to promote the formation of the linkage mechanism, so as to create conditions for the better development of public English education in higher vocational colleges on the basis of the synergistic effect of subjects.
