新时代背景下高职院校现代学徒制文化建设理论探索

Theoretical Exploration on the Construction of Modern Apprenticeship System Culture in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of New Era

为适应社会经济发展对技能人才的需求,高职院校根据人才培养的内外部环境,联合企业从育人层面开展合作,有针对性地培养高质量人才;在符合人才市场发展趋势,满足企业岗位需求基础上,注重为国家培育更多的大国工匠、能工巧匠。目前,很多高职院校对"工匠精神"引领现代学徒制文化建设的作用认识还不到位。鉴于此,通过对"双一流"高职院校现代学徒制育人模式的研究,提出新时代背景下高职院校现代学徒制应以培养"工匠精神"作为文化建设的核心宗旨。

In order to adapt to the demands of social and economic development for skilled talents, according to the internal and external environment of talent cultivation, higher vocational colleges cooperate with enterprises from the education level to carry out targeted cultivation of high-quality talents. On the basis of meeting the development trend of talents market and the needs of enterprise positions, pay attention to cultivating more craftsmen and skilled craftsmen for our country. At present, many higher vocational colleges do not fully understand the role of "the spirit of workmanship" in leading the culture construction of modern apprenticeship system. In view of this, through the study of "double first-rate" modern apprenticeship system education mode in higher vocational colleges, it is proposed that the modern apprenticeship system in higher vocational colleges should take the cultivation of "the spirit of workmanship" as the core purpose of cultural construction under the background of new era.
