摘要 《国家职业教育改革实施方案》明确了启动"1+X"证书制度试点工作,这是职业教育领域的一项重要战略布局。面对"1+X"证书制度中存在的人才培养目标不切合、师资力量不够均衡、课程与证书不够融通、教学模式及教学方法不够创新的问题,构建了基于共生理论的"1+X"证书共生系统,提出了工业机器人技术专业的人才培养目标与证书考核目标融汇共生、院校教师与企业工程师融洽共生、课程内容与证书标准融通共生、教学模式与工作模式融合共生的"四融"发展策略,创新了融合"教学目标、教学情境、教学主线、教学设备、教学手段、教学内容"的"六教一体"工作室教学模式。 The Implementation Plan of The National Vocational Education Reform clearly specifies the launch of the "1+X" certificate system pilot work, which is an important strategic layout in the field of vocational education. Faced with the problems in the "1+X" certificate system, such as inappropriate talent training objectives, insufficient balance of teachers, insufficient integration of courses and certificates, and insufficient innovation of teaching modes and methods, the "1+X" certificate symbiosis system based on symbiosis theory was constructed. The development strategy of "four integration" for the specialty of industrial robot technology is put forward, namely, the integration of talent training objectives and certificate assessment objectives, the harmonious coexistence of college teachers and enterprise engineers, the integration of curriculum content and certificate standards, and the integration of teaching mode and working mode. It innovates the studio teaching mode of "six teaching in one", which integrates "teaching objective, teaching situation, teaching main line, teaching equipment, teaching means and teaching content".
